We are a leading construction firm in Qatar. We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Contracts Administrator to join our commercial team to ensure project success and mitigate contractual risks
Contract Drafting & Review: Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and procurement orders.
Compliance & Monitoring: Ensure all agreements strictly align with company goals, legal standards, and project specifications. Documentation: Maintain accurate, organized, and secure physical and digital contract files.
Variation & Claims: Process change orders, track variations, and assist in payment follow-ups and claim resolutions. Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between internal project teams, commercial departments, and external contractors.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of contract administration or quantity surveying experience in the [Insert construction field: Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, Law, Business Administration, or Civil Engineering.
Skills: Strong proficiency in contract management software. Communication: Excellent command of English.
