Description
We are looking for a creative, energetic, and charismatic Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to serve as the face and voice of our brand across digital platforms. The ideal candidate will combine on-camera talent—hosting live streams, interviewing guests, and engaging directly with our online audience—with technical skills in social media management, basic graphic design, and light website upkeep.
Duties and Responsibilities
Live Streaming & On-Camera Presenting: Host engaging live streams (Q&A sessions, product showcases, walkarounds), conduct interviews, and interact with viewers in real time.
Content Creation: Produce, record, edit, and curate compelling short-form and long-form videos, graphics, and promotional posters aligned with our brand voice.
Social Media Strategy & Management: Develop and execute creative strategies across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Community Engagement: Respond to comments, messages, and viewer feedback to build an active, loyal online community.
Website Upkeep: Manage basic website updates, upload new content, and troubleshoot general content display issues.
Performance Analytics: Track engagement metrics across platforms and adjust content tactics to maximize reach and growth.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with marketing and sales teams to tie digital content into ongoing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Qualifications and Experience
roven Experience: Track record as a Content Creator, Live Stream Host, Video Presenter, or Social Media Manager (portfolio or links to content required).
On-Camera Presence: Exceptional communication skills, outgoing personality, and confidence interacting with people on camera and during live broadcasts.
Design & Editing Skills: Graphic design ability for creating digital posters/billboards and basic video editing proficiency.
Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of social media algorithms, live streaming tools, and trend forecasting.
Technical Basics: Basic knowledge of website content management (WordPress or similar framework); familiarity with basic web technology is a plus.
Soft Skills: Ability to multitask, adapt on the fly during live broadcasts, and manage production deadlines effectively.
