To drive customer acquisition for Bank's loan and deposit products by sourcing clients from government institutions, private companies, and village communities within designated branch jurisdictions. The DSA is responsible for marketing bank products, collecting applications, and forwarding them to the branch for processing. This is a commission-based role, with earnings directly tied to performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Promote and sell Bank loan and deposit products to clients in:
o Government institutions (civil servants, i.e teachers, nurses, agric-extension officers, police officer, prison officers).
o Private companies (employees, payroll-linked groups, corporates).
o Villages and rural communities (village heads, farmers, pensioners, cooperatives, savings groups, entrepreneurs).
• Source new business leads through field visits, workplace campaigns, community engagements, and referrals.
• Accurately complete client application forms and submit them to the respective branch for processing.
• Educate potential customers on product features, repayment obligations, and savings benefits.
• Ensure all sourced applications comply with KYC and bank policy requirements.
• Maintain professionalism, integrity, and positive brand representation in all client interactions.
• Meet and exceed agreed monthly sales targets (loan disbursements and deposit account openings).
• Provide feedback from the market to support product development and improve service delivery.
Education & Experience
• Minimum: 5 “O” Levels.
• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Banking, or related field is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of sales/marketing experience (in banking, microfinance, insurance, telecoms, or FMCG).
Skills & Attributes
• Strong sales, networking, and persuasion skills.
• Excellent communication in English and local languages.
• Financial literacy – ability to explain products in simple, practical terms.
• Must have strong community/corporate/government networks.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
• Trustworthy, with a good reputation in the community or workplace.
• Basic smartphone literacy (WhatsApp, email, online form submission).
