EXPERIENCE: 3-5 years
REPORTS TO: Principal Nursing Officer
VACANCIES: 2 Positions

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

 Ensuring the provision of high quality nursing and proper management of disease conditions
 Supervise and monitor staff performance
 Implementation of policies at clinic level
 Manage health information at local level
 Ensure that all nursing departments operate efficiently and effectively
 Any other duties as may be assigned by the Principal Nursing Officer

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications & Requirements

 Diploma in general nursing
 Valid practicing certificate as a registered nurse
 Diploma in midwifery
 Diploma in community nursing/ degree in nursing and any other additional relevant qualifications will be an added advantage
 At least 4 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity

 Ability to communicate effectively
 Ability to multi-task
 Ability to work effectively, both independently and within a team
 Ability to handle pressure and work with minimum supervision
