Duties and Responsibilities
In this role, you will be the driving force behind converting leads into loyal customers, managing key relationships using our CRM, and delivering excellent client care across Zimbabwe.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Drive Sales: Conduct outbound telesales calls to pitch products, generate leads, and close orders.
CRM Management: Record all client interactions, queries, and follow-ups in our CRM.
Lead Sourcing: Research and source contact details for key decision-makers.
Sales Support: Process quotations, proforma invoices, and official orders.
Client Retention: Provide excellent after-sales support and coordinate with internal logistics teams.
Qualifications and Experience
🎓 Candidate Profile:
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 6 months in telesales, outbound call centres, or client service.
Skills: Proficient with CRM software and office suites.
Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication, and high attention to detail.
