Job Description

Applications are invited from suitably qualified young persons at the age of twenty (26) and below to undergo a Cadetship Programme.
Diploma holders from Zimbabwe School of Mines (ZSM) and other recognized institutions, interested in a 24-month long programme, are required in the following disciplines:
• Mining
• Assaying
• Metallurgy
• Ventilation
• Geology
• Shaft Timberman
• Survey

The ideal candidates should possess the following minimum qualifications and attributes:
• A relevant Diploma from the Zimbabwe School of Mines
(ZSM) or any other recognized institution.
• Must be self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to cope with work pressure and strict deadlines.
• Tech savvy and good command of MS Office skills.
• For all Mining cadets, a valid Mine Blasting License is a MUST.
