Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrator who will play a key role in managing our operations and ensuring smooth processes across all departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, experience in managing teams, and expertise in handling tenders.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Oversee daily administrative operations across multiple sectors.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers.
- Lead and coordinate tender processes from inception to submission, ensuring compliance with guidelines.
- Supervise and support administrative staff to foster a productive work environment.
- Maintain organized records of contracts, tenders, and relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with different departments to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
- Contribute to strategic planning and implementation of business initiatives.
- Assist in budgeting and financial management related to administration.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualification in Administration ,Business Management or any other related qualification
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a multi-service environment.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management.
- Experience managing teams and overseeing projects or initiatives.
- Knowledge of tender processes and requirements.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
