BRANCH MANAGER - MASVINGO

Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Business department for a Branch Manager - Masvingo. The successful incumbent is expected to manage all branch operations and drive business growth. Candidates with proven experience in managing branch operations and driving business growth are encouraged to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
• Develops, implements and monitors Branch Sales & Distribution initiatives
• Networking and relationship building
• Drive business growth and growing the loan book
• Identifies opportunities for new products and services

2. BRANCH BUDGETS
• Analyze and interpret MIS reports.
• Yearly, monthly and weekly sales activity planning for the branch.
• Monitoring branch performance.

3. CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGEMENT
• Builds collaborative relationships with stakeholders.
• Customer Relationship management.
• Promote adoption of digital channels by customers.

4. RISK MANAGEMENT AND INTERNAL CONTROLS
• Ensures conformance of branch staff to processes, procedures and service levels
• Management of credit and operational risk.

5. SUPERVISION OF STAFF

6 REPORTING
• Generates daily, weekly and monthly reports on branch performance

Qualifications and Experience

Degree in Banking & Finance or related Business Degree
Minimum of three years' experience as Branch Manager is a financial institution
Clean drivers' licence - not less than two years old
Candidate must have proven experience in driving business growth (This is not a full-time office job)
