We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Barman/Lady to join our team at a safari lodge in Africa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving a wide range of beverages, providing excellent guest service, and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere at the lodge bar. This role requires attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a remote, nature-focused environment. Experience in a lodge or hospitality setting is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Engage with guests, providing exceptional service and creating memorable experiences.
• Monitor inventory and assist with stock orders and restocking.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and lodge staff to support overall guest satisfaction

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous bartending experience, ideally in a lodge or resort setting.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable living and working in a remote environment.
• Knowledge of local and international beverages and cocktail preparation.
