BAKERY & CANTEEN SUPERVISOR
Location: Madziva, Shamva-Along Bindura/Mt Darwin Road

About Us-We are a newly formed, dynamic retail and FMCG bakery operation in Madziva committed to delivering fresh, high-quality, and delicious baked goods to our valued customers.
We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven Bakery Supervisor to lead our production and shop-floor team.
Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Operations Oversight: Manage daily bakery and canteen operations, ensuring smooth shift handovers, proper equipment readiness, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Quality Control: Inspect raw ingredients and finished baked and cooked goods to guarantee top standards in taste, freshness, uniformity, and presentation.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and motivate bakery and kitchen staff, create fair work schedules, and conduct performance reviews.
Cost & Stock Control: Monitor stock levels, manage wastage, verify deliveries, and conduct accurate daily/weekly stock counts.
Safety & Hygiene: Enforce strict health, hygiene, and safety standards (including HACCP guidelines) across the workspace.
Customer Service: Resolve customer inquiries or complaints professionally to maintain high satisfaction.
Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Diploma in Baking Technology, or a related qualification. (5 'O' Levels including English and Mathematics is a strong advantage).
Experience: At least 3 years of traceable supervisory experience in a commercial bakery, retail supermarket, or FMCG environment.
Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
Integrity: Honest, reliable, accountable, and detail oriented.
