VACANCY: ASSISTANT COMMERCIAL MANAGER
An established automotive group in Harare is seeking an ambitious, results-driven Assistant Commercial Manager to accelerate revenue growth, drive sales campaigns, and aggressively grow market share across our commercial business units.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Track and drive daily sales metrics across vehicle and fleet divisions to consistently achieve target revenue.
2. Conduct competitive intelligence to identify new business opportunities and expand corporate and retail market share.
3. Prospect and secure high-value commercial accounts, fleet contracts, and key corporate partnerships.
4. Implement dynamic pricing strategies, sales promotions, and cross-selling campaigns to maximize volume and margins.
5. Analyze sales performance, conversion ratios, and customer trends to generate strategic commercial reports for leadership.
6. Strengthen relationships with key commercial clients, insurance partners, and trade bodies to enhance brand market position.
Qualifications and Experience
* Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
* Hands-on commercial sales management experience within the motor/automotive industry.
* Proven history of driving sales growth and expanding market footprint in competitive environments.
* Exceptional communication, corporate presentation, and strategic sales negotiation skills.
