Assistant Administration Manager – Housing Project
Duties and Responsibilities
o Formulate and administer contracts with architects, Consulting Engineers and Contractors
o Day-to-day administration of the housing project and logistics
o Engage contractors, formulate agreements, develop and monitor control systems
o Provide legal advice and oversight related to areas of expertise at the different stages of construction projects.
o Advise on the legal requirements and procedures applicable to various buildings/facilities
o Provide supervision and oversight on contractors in the relevant area of expertise and follow through contract specifications.
o Engage with local authorities on all issues
Qualifications and Experience
• 5 years proven experience in the administration of housing projects
• Legal background on contract formulation and implementation
• Possesses a clean class 4 driver’s licence
• Must be proficient in project administration with a bias on monitoring Contractors Degree/H.N.D in Construction Engineering
