Administration Officer (C3) 2 Posts
Midlands & Matabeleland North
Reporting to: Head of Provinces

Duties and Responsibilities

Summary of Duties: Prepare and maintain inventories for all assets; receive, store and distribute stationery, consumables and other stock items; conduct monthly stock takes; receive and distribute fuel as per policy; maintain ZLC properties; generate requisitions for the Commission; supervise junior staff in the Administration Unit; and any other related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

Required Qualifications, Experience and Attributes: Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management; possession of IAC, CIS or other relevant professional qualification is an added advantage; possession of a Class 4 Driver's Licence; practical knowledge of SAP; well organised and able to work under pressure; computer literacy.
