Job Description

We seek an Accounts Clerk who will be responsible for supporting the finance department in performing day-to-day accounting tasks, maintaining accurate financial records, processing payments, and assisting with reconciliations and reporting.

Duties and Responsibilities

Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Record and reconcile daily financial transactions.
Process invoices, receipts, and payments accurately and promptly.
Maintain up-to-date ledgers and filing systems.
Assist with bank and cash reconciliations.
Prepare financial summaries and assist during audits.
Support payroll and petty cash management when required.
Ensure compliance with hospital financial policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
At least 2 years’ experience in an accounting or bookkeeping role (healthcare experience is an advantage).
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Pastel, or Belina).
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication and organizational skills.
High level of integrity and confidentiality
